In my most recent purchase of a home, I changed my mind about which home to buy two times based on issues that were revealed during the inspections. Not once did Mary complain or try to push me into a decision I did not want to make. She understood completely. Mary was especially careful to learn what I like and did not like and found homes for me to look at that matched my interests. I think she is truly excited that we found a home that I really like. The first time was 20 years ago! Good to know that some things haven't changed in Tucson. She was great...taking time to visit homes with me....often on short notice. Indeed, the house I ended up buying came on the market a couple days before my daughter's wedding in San Francisco. As soon as I saw it, I asked Mary if we could see it the very next morning. She met me there, I made an offer that day, and it was accepted (four other offers were made that day as well). If Mary had not been available, the house would likely have been sold to someone else....and I would still be looking for a home. Mary also provided tremendous value in guiding me through the process between offer and closing. This included helping arrange for the various home inspection professionals who identified items that needed attention and providing guidance in preparing the buyer's inspection notice. In sum, it was a pleasure working with Mary (again), and I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
